Registration
Only attendance of the 50th annual congress of the
Japan society for transplantation can join this forum. Registration fees are
free. Early registration until August 31th, 2014 is strongly recommended. For
each early registered attendant, a name card will be printed in advance and
handed to the attendant together with all other items at the reception desk,
which realizes the smooth registration operation. We would appreciate your
cooperation.

Please downloads the abstract submission form. Email your completed
abstract form as an MS word document to kobehpbsurgery@gmail.com
Do NOT send a PDF. Faxed or mailed abstracts will not be accepted unless
approved given extenuating circumstances.
Naming your abstract document
Save the abstract submission form with the following file
name format: “LastNameFirstName_PresentationType(Oral, Poster)” Example:
"TaroKobe_Poster"

ABSTRACT ACCEPTANCE
The notification of
acceptance/rejection of the submitted abstracts will be sent to submitters via
e-mail starting in August 2014. Note that if
your abstract is accepted and you choose to present, you MUST register for the
conference.
FORMATTING
Please do not use any special formatting on
your abstract submission. Single-spaced, 12-point font, left justified is the
preferred abstract format.
ABSTRACT LIMITS
The
text of the abstract should cover the purpose of introduction/background,
methods, results and conclusions (word limit: 250 words).
